Mr. Sahu has done B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical in 1977 from NIT, Rourkela and M.Sc. from the University of Birmingham in 1994. He joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1980. He has served the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat in various capacities for more than three decades before retiring as Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat in 2014. His career span includes more than 20 years of service in the industry and more than 10 years of active involvement in PSU management. He had worked for more than 3 years in the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. He was instrumental in the organization of four Vibrant Gujarat events. He served as Director in many CPSEs. He was also Chairman/Director in many State PSUs/GIFT SEZ. At present, he is one of the board for several ADANI Group companies like Adani Total, AMBUJA Cement, Maruti Suzuki, Powerica, and a host of other leading corporates.

Coming from an aristocratic family, Mr. Shah, a veteran in the service sector, has been moving upwards in his career since acquiring GSECL in 2004. A leader in the industry with more than 40 years of experience, who is now excelling in a plethora of industries. His areas of expertise include the financial evaluation of companies and seizing high revenue generating opportunities. Through strategic planning and execution, GSECL was able to achieve a CAGR of over 20% in less than 2 years. With no stopping, he moved forward in the logistics and aviation industries from 2006 and now has more than 15 years of experience in the same. From nitty-gritty details to big projects, Mr. Shah is involved in all with the same enthusiasm. He stepped into the manufacturing industry in 2019, as the director of SMARTMETERS TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., a joint venture with Adani Total Gas Limited, following the start of ELECTRIFY ENERGY PVT. LTD. and MARUTI KOATSU CYLINDERS LTD. in 2020.

An enterprising leader with over 30 years of rich experience with a keen eye to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and propel the business forward. Mr. Shah is the founder of India’s leading business house, the “Monarch Group”. Mr. Shah is instrumental in creating wealth for stakeholders and managing business verticals which include financial services, renewable energy, real estate, media, IT, Aviation, FMCG, Natural Gas and many more. He firmly believes in innovation and technology as key and has invested in various start-ups to help the young creative minds take India to the next leap. He has a natural flair for forging long-term associations with clients, vendors and external business partners. He thinks of giving, not as a duty but as a privilege to society and is presently serving as the current Chairman of Shraman Arogyam, an initiative of the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), the objective of which is to provide medical care called “Vaiyavachh” to all Sadhus & Sadhvi Bhagwant of all the sects. He is also associated with various other organisations working to make a difference in the communities at large.

Mr. Nayak, Former Chairman of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. from 2011-2015, has over 33 years of work experience in the power sector. He has worked for more than 20 years in POWERGRID and has handled multi-disciplinary functions like Engineering, Corporate Quality Assurance and Inspection, Load Despatch & Communication, Grid Management, Contracts Management, Telecom, Operation & Maintenance, Commercial, as well as Human Resource Management. Prior to joining POWERGRID in 1991, he has also worked for about 7 years in NTPC and had a stint with SAIL. He has been Director (Operations) of POWERGRID since 2009. Sh. Nayak has been instrumental in introducing many new technologies in the Indian power sector such as EMS/SCADA Projects, ±800 kV HVDC and 1200 kV UHVAC, which are in various stages of implementation. He has also contributed/presented a large number of technical papers in various reputed international/national journals and conferences. Sh. Nayak is a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from REC, Rourkela (Odisha) and holds an M. Tech (Electrical) degree from IIT, Kharagpur. He has been a recipient of “P.M. Ahluwalia Award” and is a fellow of IEEE. He is also an honoured member in the field of Electrical Engineering of “Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE)”.

After 13 years of leadership role with SPG Prints group in Netherlands, working closely with European, Asian, North and Latin American business entities, Varsha Adhikari is now heading Social Impact Organization SEED. She has also co-founded businesses in the space of UAV technology and Clean Energy and Sustainable Solutions. At age 43, she has over 18 years of experience in Global Strategies and Business Development, Project and Financial Planning, Compliance and Sustainability Programs. Her professional background includes work with Corporates in Textile Machinery, Agri Processing Industry and International Business. She has worked closely with the Government, Regulatory bodies and policymakers. She is passionate about innovative technology led progress of the economy and community. She is currently based out of Ahmedabad, India. She is an Advisor and Independent Director to various corporates and startups. She is actively engaged with Domestic and International Trade Bodies to promote Global Trade. She is a mentor with Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council. She chairs the Agriculture and Research Committee of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of Toastmasters International, Ahmedabad. She is interested in creating social impact through people and technology and also has a keen interest in science, creativity, music, fine arts, reading, hiking, travel and adventure sports.

Mr. Lohiya’s expertise encompasses a wide range of financial disciplines, including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and regulatory compliance. His professional journey reflects a deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of financial management, making him adept at navigating complex financial environments. He was previously associated with Arfin India Limited and others.
