DPIL has entered into an agreement with Skoda India and Schaltech Automation during October 2010 for execution of projects up to 440 KV segment. This will enable the company to expand its project execution capabilities and qualify for PGCIL orders in the EHV segment. On a standalone basis the company is only qualified to bid for EPC projects up to 220 KV segment. Going forward, we expect the company to monetise on the massive T&D spending of over $100 billion during the 12th five year plan.
